Patricia H. Morse, Principal

Pat Morse is a Certified Public Accountant with a passion for helping small businesses thrive. At TSS Advisors, Pat focuses on small business accounting, tax preparation and planning, and QuickBooks consulting. With a practical, hands-on approach, Pat works closely with business owners to streamline their financial processes, minimize tax liabilities, and make confident, informed decisions.

Pat brings 44 years of experience in public accounting and has worked with clients across a wide range of industries. She graduated with Highest Honors from Bentley University and is actively involved in her community, serving on the CCBA Finance Committee and the Lebanon Opera House Board of Trustees.

When not working with clients, Pat enjoys golf, hiking, boating on Goose Pond, and time with Mojo, her mini schnauzer sidekick.

Stacy Young, Senior Manager

With over three decades of experience working alongside Pat Morse, Stacy Young brings deep expertise and a personal touch to every client relationship. As a Senior Manager at TSS Advisors, she divides her time between accounting services and tax preparation for both businesses and individuals—balancing complex corporate returns with hands-on client support.

An Enrolled Agent since 2003, Stacy specializes in serving retail and service businesses, builders, and contractors. She’s known for her responsiveness, clarity, and unwavering dedication to her clients’ success.

Based in Meriden, New Hampshire, Stacy enjoys time outdoors and the peace it brings after tax season.
