Build Experience. Find Your Path. Forge Your Legacy.

Your career starts with more than a job—it starts with the right people, meaningful work, and opportunities to grow.

At TSS Advisors, our Summer Internship Program is designed to give students real-world experience while helping them discover what excites them most about public accounting. Whether your interests are in audit, tax, advisory, or consulting, you’ll work alongside professionals who are invested in your success and ready to help you build a strong foundation for your career.

From day one, you’ll be treated as part of the team—not just “another intern.”

Why Intern at TSS?

Public accounting is about more than preparing tax returns or completing audit work. It’s about solving problems, building relationships, and helping clients succeed.

At TSS, our internship program has been a cornerstone of our recruiting efforts for many years and continues to evolve each summer based on feedback from interns and our professionals. We are committed to creating an experience that prepares students for success while giving them meaningful opportunities to contribute to the firm.

Over the years, our internship program has helped launch the careers of many aspiring accounting professionals. Today, we have people ranging from Staff to Partner who began in the TSS Internship program years ago!

What Makes TSS Different?

Hands-On Experience

You’ll gain meaningful experience working on real client engagements—not just observing from the sidelines.

Develop practical experience in both Audit and Tax while learning how different service areas work together to serve clients.

Mentorship

Every intern is paired with a dedicated mentor who provides guidance, feedback, and support throughout the summer.

Accessible Leadership

Questions are encouraged. Whether you need help from another intern, a staff accountant, a partner, or even our CEO, our doors are always open.

What You’ll Experience

Our Summer Internship Program combines structured learning with practical experience.

Throughout the summer you’ll have opportunities to:

  • Work on both audit and tax engagements
  • Learn directly from experienced professionals
  • Participate in structured training sessions
  • Attend mentor meetings
  • Collaborate across departments
  • Assist with internal firm initiatives
  • Contribute to client projects
  • Build professional and technical skills

You’ll leave with experience that extends well beyond the classroom.

Your Summer Capstone Project

One unique component of our internship program is the Capstone Project.

Each intern selects a project based on their interests and spends the summer researching, developing, and presenting ideas that create value for the firm.

Throughout the project, your mentor provides guidance while giving you the freedom to develop your own ideas and make a meaningful contribution.

Internship Locations
Internship opportunities are available in our Lebanon, Bedford, and Keene offices. Each location provides interns with meaningful client experience, mentorship, and opportunities to grow professionally while working as part of the TSS team.
