Meet the TSS Real Estate Team
Josh Gagne - Partner, President
Josh Gagne graduated Summa Cum Laude from Plymouth State University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and a minor in economics. His career started with the firm right out of college and lead to him becoming a partner in 2015. Josh is also currently the firm’s Chief Financial Officer and leads the firm’s construction niche. Feeling strongly that it is imperative to have a comprehensive understanding of his clients in order to deliver value-add in addition to compliance, Josh provides a full range of services starting at the financial statement attestation and/or business tax compliance level, and ending with the owner’s personal tax compliance. Financial statement services include audits, reviews, and compilations. Tax services include compliance, consulting, and mergers and acquisitions. Other industries of focus include manufacturing and real estate. Josh is a member of the firm’s team servicing investment partnerships and provides services to closely held businesses. Outside of the office, Josh enjoys spending his time camping, fishing, hiking, hunting, kayaking and pretty much anything and everything outdoors. Josh is a member of the AICPA and NH Society of CPAs.
Ken Goodrow - Partner, COO
Ken Goodrow is a 1984 graduate of Merrimack College in North Andover, MA. Ken graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Accounting. He has been working in the accounting field in both the Public and Private Accounting sectors ever since. While in the private sector he rose to become the President of a small local bank becoming, at age 30, the youngest bank president in the country. Ken has been back at TSS since 1997, and is now the Managing Partner of TSS Financial Partners, LLP. He considers himself a Jack of All Trades, but is part of the Automotive Services team, the Retirement Plan Audit Services team, does both personal and business tax returns and consulting, and anything else that needs doing. Over the years, Ken has served on a number of non-profit boards and is the current Treasurer for the Meriden Volunteer Fire Department. He and his wife, Fawn, have lived in the same fixer upper in Plainfield, NH that they bought almost 40 years ago, and yes, they are still fixing her up!
Virginia McGrody - Partner
Virginia McGrody joined Tyler, Simms & St. Sauveur in 1997 after earning her bachelor’s degree from the University of New Hampshire. Ginny is one of the leaders in the firm’s tax department. She specializes in tax planning, preparation, and business valuation. She works with closely held businesses and high net worth individuals. She is a member of the AICPA, NH Society of CPAs, National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts, and CPAmerica. She is a Corporator for Mascoma Savings Bank and sits on the Howe Library Finance Committee. Ginny also holds her Series 7 and 66 securities licenses. Ginny lives in NH with her husband and their two kids. In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking, gardening, cooking, and spending time with her family.
