Amber joined Tyler, Simms & St. Sauveur in 2008 after earning her Bachelor’s degree from Bryant University. She is one of the leaders of our audit and accounting team and oversees all of our Yellowbook and Uniform Guidance work. Amber specializes in not-for-profit organizations, independent schools, and closely-held R&D companies. She is a member of both the AICPA and NH Society of CPAs. Amber is a native of Plainfield, NH and now lives in Lebanon with her husband, Mark, and their two daughters, Madison and Reagan.

As a member of TSS’s Assurance and Accounting team, Kyle works with a broad range of commercial and not-for-profit entities in various industries, including service providers, independent schools, manufacturing, and summer camps. Kyle also has extensive experience in audits of employee benefit plans.

Kyle joined TSS in 2011 after graduating from St. Michael’s College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He is a member of the AICPA and the NHSCPA.

Originally from Vermont, Kyle and his family reside in Grantham, New Hampshire.
